Well, owning an asus a3878g with the same bison-cam, I wrote emails to ASUS as well as ALI, begging for linux-support.

The answer from ASUS:
"Wir bieten keinen Treiber Support für Linux an.
Ggf. finden sie diese aber in den bekannten Internet Foren!"
my translation:
"We don't offer linux-driver support. Perhaps you find some in the well known forums."

I can't find a reply from ali - either I lost it, or nether received one.
I hope everybody here is asking too - perhaps a big number of questions can make asus move...
