Reading through these forums I saw you wrote "I am working on a driver, but I can't really tell when it will be ready." Well actually I wanted to take your word for it LOL. The thing is i own a Delux dlv-b32 webcam ID 0c45:6270 Microdia, wich ATM only has win support. I want to install the driver on Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn. Thx very much for your help. (ps: sorry about my english).

I just bought a webcam with the same hardware.
I've already tried to make it work with another driver, but I was not successfull.

Have you managed to make it work ?

Hi, i have the same id 0c45:6270.
I think it's a Sonix, but can not confirm.

Also, i think that its a sn9c201.

Can not install it cause it's only for .686 architectures, and i'm running Feisty at a Turion AMD64

I downloaded the 2.05 version of the driver, the ubuntu package and it did not work.

That's what I get on boot:
